About

Teacher. Trainer. Founder.

Founder of INéSPIRE. International teacher, PE specialist and personal trainer based in Barcelona.

Inés on the beach in Barcelona

I coach women, I teach PE, and I take groups away to train by the sea. INéSPIRE is where all three live together.

My work sits between the gym and the classroom. With my clients I build strength that holds up in real life — carrying, climbing, playing, recovering. With my students I try to make movement something they choose, not something they endure.

Everything here is built around the same belief: women deserve coaching that is honest, informed and free of shame. No punishment sessions, no shrinking, no nonsense about what your body should look like.

My experience

What I bring to every session

01

International teaching

Taught in London, Frankfurt, Munich, Milan and Barcelona, delivering PE and Spanish in leading IB and American international schools. That international mindedness shapes how I connect across cultures, adapt quickly, and bring a broad, professional perspective to every class.

02

PE specialist

MSc in Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy from the University of Birmingham, focused on model-based pedagogies, inclusiveness and student motivation. Grounded in swimming, gymnastics and volleyball, I design lessons where every learner can find their way into movement.

03

Personal training

Qualified through the European Sports and Health Institute in Barcelona, with ROPEC certification. I take an individual approach to one-to-one, small-group and online coaching, meeting you where you are and building progress that fits your body, your schedule and your goals.

04

Founder & designer

Created INéSPIRE from the ground up: active sportswear, fitness equipment, training programmes and online coaching built for real women. As an entrepreneur, I bring the same discipline, creativity and care to the brand that I bring to every session.

My story

What happens when life doesn't go to plan, and you decide to move forward anyway

Before everything changed

For many years, I worked as an international teacher, moving between countries and classrooms, building a steady career and a life that looked very organised from the outside. When this chapter of my story began, I was living in Milan, teaching at another international school and planning my next step with the same care I had always brought to my work.

Then, unexpectedly, the plan I was counting on disappeared. A personal situation shifted overnight, and with it went my job, my next move, and the future I thought I was walking toward. The life that had felt so secure suddenly felt very uncertain.

If you've ever had a season where everything that seemed solid starts to move, you know how disorienting that can be. It wasn't dramatic from the outside, but on the inside it required a decision: go back to what was familiar, or create something new from the ground up.

The decision to start again

In that moment of uncertainty, I chose not to return to my old life. Instead, I made a different decision: to move to Barcelona alone, with no fixed plan and no guaranteed outcome. It was a practical choice and a brave one at the same time.

I arrived with a suitcase, my savings, and the experience of years spent teaching and training women around the world. During that first year, I focused on what I could control: I found a home, I secured a position at an international school in Barcelona, and I gave my days structure through work, movement, and routine.

It wasn't a glamorous reinvention. It was consistent, disciplined effort: early mornings, long days at school, and evenings spent sketching ideas, refining a vision, and slowly shaping what would become INéSPIRE.

Barcelona, the new chapter

Barcelona could have been a brief stop in a difficult year. Instead, it became home. I settled into my role at an international school, found my rhythm in a new city, and let daily life give me stability while I explored what else might be possible.

Outside the classroom, I stayed close to what had always grounded me: movement, strength training, and meaningful conversations with women who were also navigating change. Without any big announcements, my first clients started to appear — a recommendation here, a chance meeting there. What began as a few informal training sessions turned into consistent personal training and life coaching throughout the year.

Somewhere along the way, my life in Barcelona became fuller and more rooted. My work grew, my heart healed, and yes, I eventually found love. The city that started as a risk became the place where everything aligned.

How INéSPIRE was born

INéSPIRE did not begin as a business plan. It began as a personal commitment to rebuild my life with intention: to combine strength training, mindset, and style in a way that helped women feel at home in their own lives again.

During that first year in Barcelona, INéSPIRE took shape piece by piece. I developed a clothing line that reflected the confidence and ease I wanted women to feel. I refined my approach to personal training. I supported clients through change, using the same discipline and clarity that were guiding me.

Today, INéSPIRE is the result of that season: an international teacher who has lived in many countries, choosing to start again in Barcelona and building a brand that brings together movement, mindset, and design. It is proof that you can begin again in the middle of your life and create something strong, modern, and completely your own.

Ready to begin again?

INéSPIRE is about more than training sessions or clothes. It is about designing a stronger, steadier version of your life — one where you feel clear, capable, and connected to yourself.

If you are ready for a fresh chapter — confident, grounded, and truly your own — I would be honoured to support you. Together, we can build your strength, your presence, and your belief in what is still possible.
